Learn realistic & practical self-defence skills, led by an internationally recognized black belt, full-time combat sports athlete and accredited Self Defence Victoria instructor.
In our private self-defense lessons, we emphasize essential skills such as spatial awareness, de-escalation techniques, and controlling larger attackers.
You'll learn how to effectively assess and manage your surroundings to anticipate potential threats, employ strategies to de-escalate tense situations, and utilise specialised techniques to neutralise larger opponents safely and efficiently.
